All bread is baked in the stone oven and has before that  cold yeast to get the right taste.  Each type of bread is carefully selected and reviewed  rigorous taste tests of family, friends and acquaintances.  Nothing has been left to chance.
The range varies from day to day but follows a certain schedule. For those who do not feel so good about gluten, he also bakes a good wholemeal bread that can be bought frozen.
There is also a fantastic good crispbread and a tomato variant of this biscuit to buy in the store. Plus delicious cookies and buns, baked on real Swedish butter.
